When did you notice your big belly growth spurts?
Between 24 weeks and 28 weeks (now), I really popped out a LOT more - and I found out that both of my boys put on nearly a pound a piece since 24 weeks!
When can I expect another big spurt? Or will I just continue getting much bigger more consistently until the end of my pregnancy?

I felt like the little fella had a big growth spurt between 19 and 22 (now) weeks! I’m sure that there are plenty more to come though!

@Running Elley: Thank you! I feel ginormous on most days, but after finding out that I've got nearly 6 pounds of baby in there, I feel a little better!
@highwire: It should come soon! I can't speak from singleton pregnancy experience, though... I started showing at 12 weeks!

I'm 25 weeks, and I think I've grown immensely in the past 2 weeks. I'm sure more to come, too!

I'm only 27 weeks but I think I just had the same growth spurt. Mine started somewhere around 25-26 weeks and I feel like it just gets bigger every time I look in the mirror! DH even commented that it's crazy for him to see the recent changes and he obviously sees me everyday.
So I can't say when the next one will be, but I'm kind of expecting that it's going to be one long growth spurt until the baby (babies for you!) arrives!
@highwire: I totally thought I was showing early and I look back at those pictures and laugh now. I didn't really start showing until sometime after 20 weeks. Maybe around 22-23.

I had a similar growth spurt around 26-27 weeks. Got another noticeable pop-out around 32-33 weeks. They did noticeably drop around 31-32 weeks though, so that might have delayed things since I got more room up top again I'm carrying my twins pretty wide rather than out front compared to others though.

@highwire: I didn't really start to show until around 20 week, and I don't think it was really recognizable as a baby bump until around 23 or 24 weeks.
Looking at the pictures my belly grew a ton between 22-26 weeks, but not very much noticeably since (32 weeks tomorrow)....I FEEL bigger, but it doesn't show in pictures. I'll let you know if/when I get another growth spurt.

I had a huge one from about 18-22 weeks. I heard that the baby should be 2.4lbs by the time they hit 26w so yeah, you've got 2 hefty little guys in there at this point....but honestly, you don't look it;)
I'm expecting another one soon: my closet IS NOT ready.

@highwire: it'll come soon. I didn't show to other people until about 17-19w and from there it has been a growing machine. I still get SHOCKED when strangers ask me about it because i'm like "oh yeah! I show now!"

@Shimmer: From what I've read, for single pg, from weeks 28 to whenever, we are supposed to gain a half inch in belly size each week. I am not sure about twin mamas (!), but I would imagine it is at least that much.

right around the same time as you. i use the photo frame app on my phone and do a side by side of every two weeks and it is fun to see the difference in belly.
