I think both times, we announced first to Bee's parents! Mostly because my parents are overseas and we're restricted mostly to email...

my 4 best friends knew the day after we found out, followed by our parents the following weekend. Same both times with LO1 I took my test before leaving on a trip with my friends, and so we were on a mission to find more pregnancy tests to confirm, they were there RIGHT when it was happening.

A friend guessed about 25 minutes after I got my first BFP, and I told her before anyone else, but...no recollection beyond that!

My sister, then both sets of parents almost at the same time (mine by text, in-laws in person). We went through IVF so everyone was waiting for the results that day!

We meant to tell his parents first, then mine immediately after, but my best friend figured it out right away

I told my grandmother first. My anticipated due date was my late grandfather's birthday we had found out we were expecting about a week before the anniversary of his death, so when i called to see how my grandmother was doing I told her the good news. It immediately brightened her day and she said that Pop Pop would be watching over this little one.
