I think it's good that you're aware, but if you don't have swelling or redness it's probably a muscle or ligament strain. My DH had a huuuuuge blood clot in his disabled leg, where it swelled up unbelievably large. There was no mistaking something was wrong.

@Mrs. Pickle: If you're that worried about it you should definitely call (that's what the doctor is there for!) For what it's worth, I had all kinds of leg pain throughout pregnancy...I would get calf cramps that hurt so badly they'd wake me up screaming in pain. Your legs do so much work during pregnancy that these pains are probably normal! Hang in there.

Really though, it's very unlikely that its a blood clot if you're walking. I went on bed rest and a week or so into it I had a pain (but in my arm) that I mentioned to a dr and said the same thing you said, and he told me it was highly unlikely that I would develop a clot, and I shouldn't worry about it, even though it'd been over a week of laying in bed.

I had a pulmonary embolism (blood clot that hits the heart/lungs) that originated it my legs. It really doesn't sound like that's what's going on with you. Mine was a very severe throb/ache with a swollen leg (I didn't know what it was, and ignored until the clot threw). You're probably fine but if you see any swelling (one leg larger than other) and especially if you feel any pressure in your chest, insist your doctor take it seriously!
