If you spontaneously gave birth tonight (after getting over the initial shock/panic), would you want a boy or girl?
I'd want a girl...before I sell all of M's clothes!!

Girl, no doubt! We have a boy, and I could guarantee the first female McK in 77 years we would definitely be trying for a second!

A girl. DD clothes are way too cute not to use again.
@lawbee11: I feel like you and I always come down to the clothes. We should compare our daughters' wardrobes sometime - I bet they have a lot of the same Gap stuff.

Girl.
Which is totally horrible, because I am pregnant...and it's not a girl. But I always thought I would have a daughter at some point. Except I also thought we'd stop at two kids and this is boy #2, so....yeah. I know, can we just miraculously make it twins with the baby I'm actually pregnant with plus a girl? Haha.

I have one of each, and I flip back and forth about this a lot. But right now, another boy. I couldn't imagine a household with 2 hormonal teenage girls lol

@septca: I agree! @Smurfette: and I basically have the same wardrobe for our DDs!

@lawbee11: I think you have more!! But both DD's are super well dressed.

I have a girl, so I think I'd want a boy next.
@lawbee11: its one of life's great tragedies that my daughter is older than yours and has no need for the baby gap wardrobe you are going to unload on the classifieds.

Girl!
I used to want one of each but after having LO, I want another little girl! I'm thinking about how my sister and I were when we were kids (and as adults).

Girl, only because I gave away all my boy stuff when I found out #2 was a girl, it would just be more convenient.

I honestly don't know! I've always wanted a girl but after having my little boy I just want another sweet snugly little boy.
It's really 50/50

a boy, but by a narrow margin. only because then with #3, we would be TG. we'd love one of each, so ensuring #2 is a boy would be awesome!

At this moment, boy, cuz I want one of each (at least)... but DD has soooooooooo many adorable clothes I want to be able to use again. But if I had a boy... SHOPPING!

@ChiCalGoBee: Right? It would be perfect if we could just secretly be pregnant with twins so a girl could be snuck in there too. Plus then our DHs can't just say no to having a 2nd or 3rd...it would just be happening! Haha

Girl! Which is good, sense that's what I'm having. I was really happy to find out she's a girl, even though I feel a little guilty for having a gender preference. Especially since I plan to practice gender neutral parenting!

A boy. I'm so sad to give away DS' clothes that he no longer fits. Boy clothes are so super cute!

Boy! I have one so far but I always imagined my house full of boys.

I go back and forth on this a lot. I *think* id like #3 to be another girl and #4 to be another boy.
