my back has been KILLING me the past few nights and i can't sleep well anymore. today, i just realized i'm carrying over 8lbs of baby in me. no wonder i'm dying! lol. i still have about 7 more weeks to go and i'm already carrying the weight of a full-term baby. o, lord, i hope i last another 7 more weeks!
i think the main problems are 1. i haven't worked out at all - i did some dvd video twice this pregnancy. and 2. i've gained weight mainly on my belly. so this strain on my back is killing me. i put my fists below my lower back to sorta massage it and i feel SO heavy!
is it too late to try back-strengthening exercises? eek!
