I would. I mean, it's not like you're inhaling second hand smoke everyday. A couple hours isn't going to hurt anything.

I personally wouldn't, but my only casino experiences are in Atlantic City, where it's SUPER congested smoke.

My so works at a casino and we went for a work party during my first trimester and the smoke make me sick, I was so sensitive to the smells.
