When I found out I was pregnant with #1 I unfortunately had to switch practices. I went to practice A for years! Loved my gyno, who is also an OB. Would have loved to have her deliver my baby! However, the staff in that office is ATROCIOUS. Rude, unprofessional, screw things up, long waits for appointments, etc. Didn't want to deal with that for 9 months, so we switched based on personal recommendations to provider B.

With baby #1, I loved my OB. I saw her exclusively through my pregnancy and she was present for the birth. Loved the whole OB office, staff was pretty good. (all provider B). Loved that this office had a midwife on staff, even though we ultimately chose the OB route.

Shortly before getting pregnant with #2 I find out my OB office (B) is going out of business/no longer taking OB patients! So now I must switch again. Haven't called yet to make an appointment anywhere and I got my BFP on Sunday.

I have two (?) choices:
Go back to A - hopefully get the doctor I previously loved (she's still there). However, I have to see ALL of the doctors in the practice and am not guaranteed the doctor I love will be there when I deliver. All the doctors at this office are female (both DH and I like that, but it's not a must have). Horrible, horrible, nightmare staff though
Or then there is C - they are located AT the hospital which is really convenient, should have less wait time, have way fancier ultrasound machines and other equipment. Only 4 doctors on staff though and all are male and older (something is making me hesitate about that).

I don't know what to do! I need to make a choice so I can make my first appointment and transfer files!
