Do you have any time off for the holiday season? Our office is closed MON/TUES and I'm only working wed/ thurs for the next two weeks. Fridays are my days off....this friday can't come soon enough.

We get half of christmas eve off and all of christmas day, that's it. I took vacation for the other half of christmas eve. And I don't work in a restaurant or anything either - an office environment... just barely any time off.

Our office is closed all of next week, and also on 1/1 (but I have to work NYE so that sucks).

This Friday is my first day off and I don't go back until Jan. 2. I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!! (Also I've taken three 4-day weekends in the past month b/c of saved up vacay...the holidays are so much fun!)

Our office is closed Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. I am taking vacation days starting Thursday, so I won't have to be back till the 2nd! So excited. I just wish that I would be home more to relax during that time.

Yes, 24-1st I am OFF!! I am so happy!!! Apparently the university used to give staff two weeks off, so everyone complains about our one 'measly week,' but I'll take it!! DH gets a week off too

DH and I work for the federal government and our particular division doesn't even get off Christmas Eve this year! Bummer, but DH and I are taking time off anyway, so we'll be on vacation from Friday through the 26th. I'm so ready that I'm having a hard time motivating even though I have soo much that has to be done prior to Thursday!

Office closes at 1pm on Christmas Eve, all day on Christmas Day, and all day on New Year's day. However, I'll be off from Christmas Eve till New Year's day. It's the one vacation the hubby and I get all year so I'm looking forward to it!

Company paid holidays are Christmas Eve and Day. I'm also taking PTO this Friday for an extra long weekend.

Our office has a company wide shutdown between Christmas and New Years. My boss is letting us leave early on Friday so I will pretty much have the 21st - Jan 1st off. But I will be working from home a bit, too many deadlines and not enough time!

We get from Friday the 21st-Tuesday the 2nd off. Instead of a year end bonus, we get paid for the week. It's an early start to my mat leave and it can't get here soon enough!

Our office is closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day. I typically take the days between off but since I used all my vacation/sick time for maternity leave I'll be in the office for the first time in the 10 years I've worked here. It is going to be a ghost town and we are in a slow period so I don't know how much work will actually get accomplished.

I'll be off starting this Friday and go back on the 2nd. We don't have a formal vacation policy at the small company I work for, but I haven't taken much time off this year so I'm taking the whole week!
