Does your crib have wheels? If so, can you lock them in place?

MIne has wheels. I haven't gotten to the point where I use it so I don't know how to lock them. It is on carpet but it could probably still roll.

Yep. Ours has wheels. It went from being a bassinet to a crib and will be her toddler bed. The wheels were really helpful when it was a bassinet! Now we just keep the crib wheels locked in place.

It came with them. I don't think they lock. I just left them off the wheels because I thought they were ugly.

@shopaholic: Me too, my mom wants me to buy a second crib but I dunno...that means I need a mattress too! She doesn't want my 2nd LO to sleep in a Pack n Play!

@autumnlove: Totally understandable. Maybe if you buy the crib, she can buy you the mattress, or vice versa! Or heck, maybe she will buy you both if you hold out!

No. I didn't realize many came with wheels.

Yes, and no. It was the crib I slept in as a baby... People weren't concerned with locking wheels then.
