I was just curious to see how many still continued to Crossfit during their pregnancies. If so, when did you stop? Did you have to scale down early on?
I'm a little over 9 weeks and pregnant with twins and am attempting to Crossfit during this pregnancy as long as my OB says it is ok. Since finding out we were pregnant I have only been to Crossfit a few times because I have been out of town for work. I have already scaled down some because I'm just trying to maintain my fitness and not trying to get new PR's.
Boo. I usually workout 145~165. But I get the point, don't push too hard and don't get winded.
I'll scale back on intensity but def not give up on it altogether.
