I'm planning to switch to mostly decaf coffee while I am pregnant (I'm not yet). I've read about how there are different processes to decaffeinate the coffee and how some are more natural, or more chemical-ly, than others, but I don't really have much of an idea of where to start looking for the healthier kind. I wouldn't care if I was just having it once in a while, but if I'm going to have it every day (I love the ritual of having a cup of coffee in the morning) I'd rather do it with the slightly better stuff. Plus I read it tastes better.
So instead of scrounging the internet, I'm wondering if anyone knows more about this and can enlighten me or recommend a certain brand? Or am I just being crazy and weird?
