I'm wearing one right now since my back has been hurting and it's feels decent. It's not very inconspicuous though - it shows through my shirt!

my dad thinks I got stretch marks because I didn't wear one. my mom wore one for all 3 pregnancies and is stretch mark free!

I was sooo skeptical of them but had such bad sciatica pain that I was desperate and bought one from Motherhood. It totally helped!! I was on bed rest so I didn't care how ridiculous it looked
I was shocked at what a difference it made.

I wore one when my round ligament pain flared up. Once it got better I continued to wear it, but only to the gym. The kind I had was meant to be worn under your belly, so it was under my pants and you couldn't see it through my clothes.

It helped my back, but got uncomfortable around my belly after awhile. I put it on and took it off like five times a day!

I keep thinking I'd like one for my pelvic pain but now it doesn't make sense for just a few more weeks.

I found it helpful for sciatic and round ligament pain around the 2nd tri. I also found it uncomfortable in general though and when baby moved off whatever the problem was and things got a little better I mostly stopped it.

Anyone have a link to one online that they recommend? I'm 28 weeks with twins and my belly is getting out of control. My whole body is starting to ache and I'm thinking a support belt might give a little relief!
