In the Harry Potter books, it made sense for Molly and Bellatrix to fight to the death. But in the movies, it looks like Molly stuns Bellatrix ... and then seems to purposefully kill her:

I do agree it was wrong for Bellatrix to taunt Molly about her children and the death of her son, Fred. If a serial killer talked that way to me about my kids, I would definitely fight them.

But I guess I'm just used to the morals of Superman... he would never kill someone who had already been incapacitated. It's hard to claim self-defense when your attacker has been hit with something akin to a freezing charm. And that smile after she kills Bellatrix is just creepy.

What do you think: did Molly Weasley have to kill Bellatrix Lestrange in their duel? If you were Molly, would have killed Bellatrix?
