Fully and on schedule, including flu and chicken pox.
We did not do any vaccines or shots at the hospital and got A TON of flack for it. I wanted DD to have all of her immunization records in one place (because they are required for daycare and I didn't want to have to deal with the hospital records not getting to the pediatrician's records...), so she got the hospital shots from her ped.

@septca: same for us. We didn't do any vaccinations while at the hospital but he is caught up now and we plan to keep him on that schedule.

Amazing that the numbers have increased to 95% fully or mostly vaccinated, with 186 votes. There are very few things that 95% of the boards agree on!!

We vaccinated on schedule except for the first 1-2 which we delayed by 1 visit. She's been on schedule since 3 or 4 months though.

We go in every month for a delayed schedule. Both kids have had reactions on the severe end of the spectrum so this seems more prudent.

@junebugmama: I'm also super excited that this thread was so informative without getting ugly. Good call on the poll

@Baby Boy Mom: ugh, that's got to be hard. Good for you for being vigilant

fully on schedule! but, our schedule in NZ is a lot different to the US, I believe. for example, we've only got 6 visits by the time your LO is 11, and there's only two shots per visit, with the exception of the 15 month, which is three shots.

Fully, on schedule, except I think he's missing 1 booster (hep?) because our Dr wanted him to get his flu shot, and that was going to be too many jabs in one day. He'll get the booster at his next visit.
I used to not care so much about the flu, and never had the vaccine until I was pregnant, but now the thought of the flu terrifies me, especially for the baby, so we're all going to get the flu shot regularly now.

@Penny Lane: it would be interesting to compare the different schedules between countries!

Both are vaccinated/vaccinating on schedule. We delayed one of the shots due to his egg allergy, but it turned out to be fine. He had been given it before with no issues, but we didn't know about his egg allergy when he was younger. We stayed in the doctor's office to see if he had any reactions. Later I learned from the allergist that the egg in the vaccine is safe for those who are allergic to eggs.

Vaccines have been on my mind a lot lately with 7 confirmed cases of MEASLES in my county. For those of you that are pro vaccines, discussing with other parents, will you please include compassion for less healthy children as a reason to vaccinate? So many people think their decision just impacts themselves and their kid, but my child needed a liver transplant and will never be able to get MMR and will always be immunocomprimised. He has spent 3 of his 10 months of life hospitalized. I just hope when parents think of sick kids who have already spent so much time feeling awful, in a scary, boring hospital having to spend more time sick they will reconsider vaccinating their wonderful, healthy children.

@Kemma: this is a tool you can use to see the different schedules in Europe. I would use it for information purposes only though since every country has their own health risks, migrant populations and endemic problems. Just because one country vaccinates differently or not for X disease shouldn't be a basis for anyone not living in that country to make decisions.

@Ms.Badger: I think that is the exact reason why so many of us get heated about it, because it's not just a personal decision. I hope Baby badger is doing well.
I wanted to say that the Gardisil is the one that scares me too. I will have to do some major research once it comes to that point with C.

DS #1 fully and on schedule minus flu and chicken pox.
Ds#2 delayed because of him being a preemie.
