Besides eliminating the foods from the "Do Not Eat Lists" did you clean up your diet?

I have lost 2.5 lbs since testing positive. I completely eliminated coffee, alcohol, pork, and chocolate from my diet. I stopped sodas completely, which had become a lunch time habbit, and reduced apple juice to a watered down version for breakfast on the weekends. I Love sweets and would often get a cookie from Panera with lunch or a Mallorca sweet bread from Starbucks in the morning. Now, my idea of sweets in IHOP pancakes with syrup once on the weekend. I strated doubling up on veggies. Instead of refined breads and buns I'm eating steel cut oats and brown rice just to have a healthier carb. I also stop eating when I'm full instead of stopping until my plate is clear.

An article I read mentioned pregnant women should not diet, but that overweight and obese women often lose weight once they become pregnant because they want to eat healthier for their babies. Since these women have excess fat anyway the way decrease doesn't hard the fetus.
