During my first pregnancy, I went cold turkey and cut out all caffeine as soon as I got a BFP. After the first trimester, I started having one small cup a day.
I'm a total, total caffeine junkie and the thought of having to cut it out when I get pregnant again is making me
Omg, I could not have survived/functioned that first trimester without coffee, especially with a toddler to chase! I tried to keep it down to two cups a day, but to me it was a necessity.
