As we were going to sleep last night, I told Hubs that I feel like we're having a boy, and he yelled, he was so excited. He started talking about playing baseball and buying him a bat, all that sort of stuff. Then he quieted down for a few seconds and asked how I knew. I told him that I didn't know, just had a feeling, and I could be very wrong.
Moms, what did you think your baby was? Were you right?

I was so wrong both times, but my husband was right on both (I think, still a few more weeks to find out on #2 for sure). He said that our DS was going to be a boy, I was certain he was a girl. Nope, boy! This time, I was sure that Baby Girl was going to be another boy. Nope, girl!

I knew I was having a girl the moment I found out I was pregnant- I even started calling her by her name before we found out her gender for sure. I was right

I was convinced we were having a boy. All the old wives tales pointed to boy and I just had a feeling. Even had boy dreams. I was in complete disbelief when the dr said girl it took several days to sink in.
My coworker was convinced she was having a boy too but she's having a girl.

I didn't really have any feelings either way, but we both really wanted a girl first so I just knew it was going to be a boy. And I was right but we are so happy to have a healthy baby.

I thought I was having at least ONE boy (I'm having fraternal twins), but thought that the universe would give me girls just for wishing for boys so much! haha but I ended up with two boys!

I thought it was a girl the beginning of the pregnancy (very strongly) but everyone convinced me it was a boy because "of the way I was carrying."
The night before our anatomy scan, DH had a dream it was a girl.
Sure enough, it was! My initial instincts were right, and so was his dream!

It's interesting to see how some of you were so certain of one gender but it ended up being the opposite. I just want a healthy baby!

DH, MIL, one of my grandmas, and I all think it's a girl. The funny thing is that we came to this conclusion separately. Way too early to tell, though!

Although we never discussed it, both DH and me (and all my co-workers) thought I was having a boy but I had a beautiful little girl. This time I'm thinking girl but DH is thinking (well hoping) boy; we'll find out in September.

I can't believe so many people were wrong, now I am worried for tomorrow! I am convinced that this baby is a boy, have pretty much from the beginning! My DH also thinks it is a boy, as does both of our families. A lot of it I think has to do with the fact that neither of our families has a boy yet!

@looch: Most of my dreams have been a chubby boy with blonde hair and green eyes. Last night was the first night I had a dream about a girl (besides several with twins of each gender after my cousin had hers.)

We both felt pretty sure we'd be having a boy, and we did. But DH was convinced it was twins until we had the first ultrasound. He actually asked the tech to look for "the other one". (Cue my eyeroll... I was not amused, but he said his hunch was legitimate... but incorrect as it turned out.)

Most of the time I think it's a girl. But every now and then I think maybe not. We aren't finding out until delivery and I'm only 12 weeks along so we have ways to go before we find out!
@jessiejo17: One of my friends was SO sure she was having a girl, and then the night before her ultrasound she dreamed it was boy and lo and behold, it was a boy. So that recent dream may be very telling : )

I'm pretty sure that it's a girl. I initially thought boy but at about 10 weeks I had a dream where we were at the hospital and the baby had just been born. I didn't know gender so I'd brought both a blue and pink outfit even though I was SURE that the baby would be a boy. When our little one was brought to me in a pink outfit I actually got mad at my mom because I couldn't understand why she'd dress our son in the girl outfit. It didn't even cross my mind that the baby could've been a girl but she was! At that point I started leaning more toward girl and then our NT scan tech guessed girl at 12.5 weeks. Now I'm convinced our baby is a girl. We'll find out for sure in 2 hours!!!
