I totally had plans to, but it's 1DPO, and I'm starting to have some intense cramps again. I'm conferring with Dr. Google on whether this may be normal or a cyst. So, no yoga tonight for me!

I watched the first episode of Chicago PD while on the elliptical...so it was something. But, I was also on FB and texting, so you can figure out how hard I was pushing myself

Yes. We just started an office workout break. It was pretty awesome, we did a 20-minute HIIT workout but we need to do ones that are less sweaty since we don't have showers.

@mrsjazz: Oooh...jealous! I always tell me students that I'm so jealous that they can take PE during their school day. I'd love 45 minutes to go play a fun game/workout! lol

@owlteach: Can you just join a class? Haha. I'm sure your students would think you were crazy. We have a dojo in our office so I figure I need to take advantage of the space, we can use it whenever it's not in use by a class.

I am waiting for my antibiotics to kick in then I'm back on the wagon bc I fell off then the wagon backed up, ran over me, went forward and got me again.
I haven't exercised since August. I'm not lying and I'm also not hot. LOL
