I got by last time and through 24 weeks this time without one, but sleep is getting really bad! Do they work? I've just been using extra pillows between my legs, etc. Not really sure if they make a difference.
Any life changing pregnancy pillows?

I just bought a $10 body pillow from target. Probably not as good as it could have gotten but did the trick and much more versatile later!

I had the snoggle type one but it didn't extend to under my head, I like my own pillows! I loved it and it did help. I also was able to wrap it around my waist when DD was a baby, I liked it better than the boppy.

I just used the boppy wedge pillow. It was small and easier to move around the bed but helped me so much!

I use the boppy one AND the belly wedge thing. Lol I'm completely surrounded by pillows and still sleeping pretty well.

I've just been using a really big fat body pillow. I don't feel as though a $70 pillow is necessary

I'm going to go buy one from Ikea tomorrow. I didn't use one last time, but I've started feeling like I need one this week - 25 weeks.

I love my snoogle... my LO is almost 6 months and I'm still using it...haha!

Nope. Around early mid-20ish weeks, I started sleeping with a pillow in between my legs. That's it though.

I had a regular big body pillow and I later on added a little pregnancy wedge under the belly. Snoogle was just too much for me! And I had a mini one too!

I didn't with either of my pregnancies. I just used extra pillows.

I used one called a Preggle. It's made by the same company as the Snoogle but is smaller and shaped like a candy cane. I put it between my knees and used my regular pillow for my head.

I'm only five weeks, and I'm already looking forward to getting one! I may have to get one for DH, too, so he doesn't steal mine.

I used a cheap standard pillow folded in half between my knees with DD. With DS someone gave me a Snoodle but I found it awkward and cumbersome so I never used it. Ended up I just needed more pillows at my head to prevent sore neck from sleeping on my side.

I just used a full body pillow. I flip over in the middle of the night SO MUCH, that I didn't think a preg pillow would be very easy to flip with. It's worked well so far! 34 weeks today.

Snoogle but I dont use the head part for a pillow because it's a much lesser quality than my own pillows. I would go with the Preggle like @tiramisu: if I knew it existed at the time. That is how I use my Snoogle.

The snoogle saved me. I would sleep with it two different ways, either hugging it in front or rubbing it along my back. I was a back sleeper before getting pregnant and was not happy allot making the shift. It would gently force me to sleep on my side. I tried using lot of pillows, but they would go all over the place as i slept. It was a mess.
