First time around I never gave it much thought and wore heels throughout.
This time around, I've already stopped wearing heels (pre-pregnancy) and today (33+ weeks) is the first time in a while I wore wedges to work. I did wear a few pairs for dinners out / baby moon last month though!

I wear heels or platforms all the time. My DH is over 6 feet tall and I'm short. I live in platforms/heels pregnant or not pregnant.

Once in awhile, yea. Work dress is casual so I didn't really have reason to unless I felt like it.

I only wear heels once every week or two, since at around week 14 I started getting killer sore feet wearing heels to work. Now I keep it to a wedge and mainly just for nights out here and there.

I had a super comfortable pair of heels that I wore 6 months+ pregnant. I think heels can be comfortable, it just takes some time to find what works.

With LO1, I wore heels all the time, but I had an office job. I never wore heels with LO2 (WAH), other than boots with heels.

First pregnancy, yes. second pregnancy, not nearly as much as I did the first time and I definitely didn't wear them after baby.

Sure, why not?! Granted I wasn't working whilst pregnant so I didn't have a need to wear them regularly, but any time DH and I went out for dinner or a special occasion, I had no problem wearing them.

I don't even think I wore heels between pregnancies for LO1 & LO2. I found chasing a toddler or holding a baby in heels to be a PITA so I upgraded my flats. I didn't wear heels at all this pregnancy.

I wore heels and wedges all the way up until about 30 weeks. Now my feet swell up by the end of the day and I am just uncomfortable so it is all sandals and flats from here on out!

I wore wedge heels for both of my showers, but that is it. But then again, I don't really wear heels when I'm not pregnant either (except for special occasions).

Nope. I gave up and now i am wobbly in them! I may have ggiven up on heels forever!

I rarely wear heels when not pregnant so that wouldn't change. However, I have no problem with wedges.

@Corduroy: me too! I'd totally be wearing heels, but must be always ready to run! I wore mine maybe twice since my oldest was born.
Still wearing my trusty steel toe boots and hard hat though

I do every time I'm in the office (about 3 days/week). I made it up until I started working from home with LO #1 and hope to do the same this time around as long as my feet don't swell!

I stopped wearing heels long before I got pregnant. They ruined my feet, and now I have unsightly an uncomfortable bunions. I hate heels, and they fire up my generally dormant feminist rage.

I did until my feet swelled so big that they didn't fit in any shoes.

I had to stop to relieve my back pain. By the second trimester I could only wear wedges or supportive low heels, and by the third trimester I could only wear flats. My back would hurt at the end of the day if I wore anything higher. My back pain was pretty mild, but totally went away when I stopped wearing heels. I would wear something higher for a special event, but I wore flat sandals for my shower. At that point my feet were so swollen I would have needed new heels, which did not seem worth it.

I wore riding heeled boots all winter and I would still be wearing them if it weren't summer. I'm getting pretty clutzy at 34 weeks, though.
