My LO didn't flip and we found out during my c section that it was because the cord was wrapped twice around her neck.

Nope but I had a successful ECV at 38-9 weeks!

I'm 34 weeks today and my baby is still breech. I don't really have much faith in acupuncture, spinning babies, moxibustion, etc. so if it doesn't flip soon, we'll have to make a decision.

I think I'm leaning towards scheduled c-section over ECV.

My baby flipped at 36.5 weeks! Someone told me to swim a lot, and I also did Spinning Babies, chiropractic care, etc. He flipped the day after I had the Webster Manuever at the chiropractor. My experience is anecdotal, but its worth a try!

Nope. We WERE offered a version, but I declined (we did t fubd out she was breech until 38.5 weeks), so I guess there's a chance it could have worked!

Nope. I found out at 36 weeks but I think he'd been in the position for a while. Spent two weeks doing accupuncture, chiropractor visits, spinning babies things, swimming etc. I scheduled for an ECV but my water broke the day before. So I had a csection at 38 weeks. I was bummed about the whole thing (to put it lightly) but happy that I went into labor before the csection. My plan if he didn't flip was not to schedule and wait for labor to start... Which I know would probably have pissed off all sorts of drs.

Nope. Scheduled section at 39 weeks. She never flipped!

@kml636: My LO was breech from about 30 weeks and he flipped on his own at 37 weeks. I had a final OB appointment on Friday - with a c-section scheduled for the following Monday because my OB didn't want me to go past 38 - and we learned he flipped.

@singingbee: Same for us. I think she tried to flip but had no room. She ended up being semi-breeched (diagonal) so I had a scheduled c-section.

Mine didn't, although I didn't try the external version. Good luck!
