I don't remember my pediatrician saying anything to us about getting vaccinated! I had a bunch of antibody titers done before I had kids though, to check for which diseases I was immune to (or not). My tetanus shot had worn off, so I had to get that again - ouch!

I wonder why pediatricians don't encourage parents to get vaccinated more. Maybe they do, and my pediatrician just didn't do it with me.
