Did your SO do anything that pissed you off while you were in labor?

    Some of these are priceless!

So my DH almost tackled our doctor when I was about to start pushing. Oops!! My doc arrived at the hospital and was popping into my room to say hi before he went to change into his scrubs. The curtain was pulled at my door, so poor DH just saw a male's jeans and shoes under the curtain. He totally thought it was some random guy coming into my room while my legs were spread open. Thank goodness our doc pulled back the curtain when he did, because DH was already flying across the room. The terrified look in my doctors face still makes me laugh! Poor DH, he was wound a little tight!

@lawbee11: haha too funny! ...'Just hold on pushing until I can get my refill please..' I'd kill DH!

Dh was pretty good. I yelled at him for driving too fast, then I yelled at him for driving too slow. Well, not yelled really, but mentioned it in a tone haha.
He was also busy texting our family as everyone was out of town on vacations for the most part. I got so annoyed with the vibrating of the phone that I told him to turn them off right now and if I hear one more buzz I'm going to throw them out the window. For some reason the sound of the vibrating was really really distracting to me!

It didn't really piss me off, but DH ate a granola bar, then breathed granola-bar breath right in my face. I made him go brush his teeth!

During my induction he slept so soundly on this pull out couch... while I was on the L&D bed with the monitor on... no sleep for 2 days!

I wasn't mad at him, but at one point he was asleep and I'd finished my book plus the laptop's battery was just about dead, so I chucked a pillow at him to wake him up. It worked.

I take that back. I did get pretty mad when he went to get food w/ his parents and my mom. He didn't even offer to get me anything or ask if I was okay with him going. That did not make me very happy.

These are amazing! He was pretty stellar, but two things come to mind.

First, we had to go in for an induction. They called in the am and said come in as soon as possible. We decided to get breakfast Sammie's and coffee nearby and he wanted to sit and chat and eat over them, meanwhile I was freaking out thinking about having a baby that day and I was like LETS EFFING GO!!!

and two, we love playing cards and had been playing a bit before things got intense. We walked laps around the labor wing to get things moving and at one point he started talking to some nurses explaining how to play one of the games they'd seen us playing. I was like ummm can you focus on me pls?

Hahaha, a couple of things irritated me, but overall he was amazing!

He had cut the very tip of his finger off earlier that week (blech, I know) and he kept rubbing my back but he had a band aid on and it was scratchy, so I yelled at him that he was hurting me, overreact much!

Then his phone rang in between my pushing and he pulled it out to look at it and I freaked out and yelled "do not answer that" . He said he wasn't going to but he wanted to silence it, why he didn't think to do that before then I'm not sure, also I question whether he was really going to answer it since it was my mom.
