I am 8 weeks today and for the past two weeks (since my m/s started) my workouts have really suffered. My m/s is much worse in the morning and I have no energy. I used to get up at 5am every morning to workout, but I have only been able to get the energy to workout in the evenings lately. So on days when I have plans after work I usually skip my workout for the day.

I have felt a little guilty because I want to stay healthy for the baby, but my workouts have fell to three or four days per week.

Does it get better after the first trimester? The teachers in two of the 5:30am classes I sometimes go to at the gym were both pregnant last year and they still made it to class everyday. Now I am wondering how in the world they did it!
