When you try to lose weight do you diet only, exercise only or do both?

One of my co-workers asked me to be a weight lost buddy of hers. I said sure! My plan of actions is just to eat less which has been working out well for me. She is trying to convince me to exercise too. I'm like yikes.... *hides* I don't know, exercising is just not my cup of tea. I would rather just count calories to loose weight.

Anyways if you are trying to lose weight what do you do like to do?
