No, LO doesn't use a sleep sack so I just put her down for naps as is. Unless she's wearing jeans, then I'll change her into more comfortable pants.

For his first nap he's usually still in PJs. If he takes a second nap (more miss than hit, lately) I usually take off his pants or, if it's chilly, put him in sweats. I just figure I sleep better in comfy clothes rather than jeans or cargo pants, and I assume he will too.

in general no pjs for naps, but I will take something nicer off if I'm trying to prevent wrinkling. or sometimes I let her sleep without her pants or something like that if it seems warm in her room. basically I'm too lazy to do that much changing every time!

@californiadreams: I strip her down for every meal (sooo messy when she eats) and is such a pain so to do it again for her naps would be too much of a pain. I did used to put her in a sleepsack for naps though,

Not only does she nap in her regular clothes, maybe without pants, but she will sleep in her clothes if we did a morning shower that day. She is hot blooded and usually sleeps way better in just a onsie.
