We had a newborn shoot so we have 3 pictures from that up. One is a big family picture over the fireplace, and then we have 2 on the mantle. Other than that, there isn't anything! No updated pictures. I'm pretty good about printing her pictures out so we have albums, and I'm taking a picture a day and making that into a photobook. So there are no lack of pictures of her. But is it weird that we don't have them displayed in the house?

We do... but it's because since we were married for 4 years before having a baby, we printed and framed tons of pics of ourselves (wedding, etc) around the house. Then it was weird when he was born and there were all these pics of ourselves but none of the baby. So we just get prints and enlargements of his photos and replace the frames one by one. We still have a few of our wedding favorites up, but everything else is getting replaced by baby pictures.

We have 2 family pictures up. That's about it! They grow too fast and I'm too lazy to change pictures out.

@mrs. wagon: We moved when I was 8 months pregnant so I just didn't put up our wedding photos. I figured we'd just take photos of LO to put up. But now I don't really see the space for them. We're only in 2 pictures, the big one over the fireplace and we have another family picture with our pup in it.

@chopsuey119: hehe yeah, we did too until a little after RJ turned 1. Then I was like... ok, enough of myself in my wedding dress, time for some RJ.

yes, but there are also pics of DH and I, family members, and friends. so i don't feel like the focus is ALL on the LO. i always like to change up the photos, too.

@chopsuey119: You're crazy- you're not large and frumpy! But that is a good idea about putting skinny pictures up, I should do that! I have one one hubby and I in our swimsuits when we were just dating. It's in my room on the dresser. I love it and hate it at the same time.
