Yes and daycare is closed so I am crossing fingers LO naps when he usually does so I can call into my 1 meeting that day.

I have off on Fridays because of my schedule, but if I had to work fridays, I'd be at work. Government is open.

Nope not working, it's a stat holiday in Canada (other than Quebec, I think). DH gets Easter Monday off as well, because he's government.

Good Friday and Easter Monday are public holidays here so everything is closed and it's a four day weekend for all! The school term always ends on the Thursday before Easter as well so DD will have the next two weeks off as well for term break. Super excited about our four day weekend!

I live in the PNW and I've never heard of schools or work being closed for Good Friday. Everything is also still open for Easter.

No, we have Friday off. And we had a snow day yesterday so I've got a tough 3 day work week ahead of me
