Nope, the joys of mat leave. Dh has today off but has to work Monday this year. Bummer!

Yep, they changed the policy two years ago. We used to have it off, but now we get a "floating holiday" to use anytime during the year. It's essentially another vacation day and since I don't celebrate Good Friday, I really enjoy working today. Traffic was great, the office is quiet, and all our clients are off work - no phone calls!

Yes, We are literally the only school in our area that has school today but if parents call it is an excused absence. And, we have school vacation next week. Needless to say, these high school kids have completely NO FOCUS today and neither do I!

I'm working but I don't mind. Traffic was great and I got to work in 20 minutes instead of my usual 45+. And we are having a team lunch at a really nice restaurant so that will be a good portion of the afternoon

Yup. We're open on Easter too. The only days my business closes is Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.

Yes, and so does D, and daycare is open.
But traffic was pretty much non-existent this morning...I left 5 minutes late, still got to daycare 5 minutes early, and got to work almost 10 minutes early.
