I actually prefer how my body looks pregnant. My biggest problem area is my waistline, and the thinnest part of my torso is right under my bust. But I have a large bust, so empire-waisted dresses and tops don't work for me. I have a really hard time finding things that have enough bust coverage and room, cinch in at the empire waist line, and then flow out to cover (and not cling to) my natural waistline and hips.

But when I'm pregnant, my belly balances out my bust and empire-waisted (or slightly lower, like most maternity dresses) things look great!! Plus I don't have to worry about my stomach pooch and lovehandles because the belly pulls them all forward and smooths everything out. I also have nice legs so especially in the summer I can show those off. My arms, however, this time around, are not so great. I have a few maternity dresses from Old Navy that are half-sleeved, v-neck, empire-waist, and knee length and they look great. I find myself actually admiring myself in them! Just caught a glimpse of myself in a glass door and thought to post this.

How do you look pregnant vs. non pregnant?
