DH gets an annual bonus each year depending on how the company did and how he did in his role.
I used to get monthly bonuses based on how well the firm does, but going forward I will now be eligible for bonuses quarterly (structure remains the same otherwise)

I don't, but DH does! He gets a raise every year in November, and a bonus at Xmas. This year it should be higher than normal because he went salary and lost his ability to be paid for overtime.. supposedly they make up for it with a bigger bonus! I can't wait!!

No. In the summer he works way more overtime, so we treat that money as a bonus, but nothing formal from the company.

DH gets monthly bonuses if their shops beats the quota from the same month last year... they get 2% of their sales.

DH does and its performance based. I work part of a union so they do not reward hard work. There is no strive to work harder than your coworker.

Nope. Like @evansjamie: DH gets a lot of summer over time and the pay makes life more comfortable. But no bonuses 
it would be SO nice if he did get a bonus.
They do new contracts every 4 years and occasionally the contract includes a lump sum. Nothing huge though. His old company use to give really big bonuses.

Our company used to do annual bonuses based on the overall performance, but I think this year they're trying to get out of it... Lame.

We both do! I get up to 20% of my annual salary depending on the company's financial performance and my personal objectives. DH gets up to 30% of his annual salary.

I get quarterly and year end bonuses. Hubs gets bonuses built into his commission structure through out the year.

I do during one event a year. I'm in sales so one day in the fall we do a big sale, and we get a bonus based on that if we hit targets and such. It's only about $500 max though.
DH gets a few thousand at the start of each year, but his eventual job has a 40% bonus .. Can't wait for that day!

None any longer that I am a contractor, but I used to get an annual review and depending on the performance of the firm, a bonus or a goose egg! I've gotten bonuses before that have been higher than my base salary and I've also gotten nothing.

I get a bonus/raise when the state decides they have enough budget to do so. Didn't happen last year, did happen this year (yay!).
DH doesn't get any bonuses, but has a lot of opportunities for overtime which he usually takes, so that's extra income we don't budget for.

Yes. I work with my family and though our salary/base pay is quite average, we do get annual bonuses dependent on how the company performs each year. They tend to be quite large though, like more than what a lot of people make in a year. However, we just moved to a new building and that year we didn't get any bonus, and that was tough because our salary is so small. My dad likes to remind us not to rely bonus money because it is never guaranteed.

DH does, paid out in the fall. Amount varies every year based on how much his division gets, and then is split up by employee based on performance evaluation.

DH does, shareholders in April. It's based on profit against budget through the year. It tops out at 2k.

DH has gotten an annual bonus since he started working for his company 10 years ago.
I just started to receive a quarterly and annual bonus in January even though I've also been working for my company for the same amount of time. They were a little slow on getting their employees that actually do the legwork some extra compensation!

last year was my first year getting an annual bonus, and i just took a new job that also does year-end bonuses based on performance (not sales related, just if you are doing a good job).
DH's job just implemented a quarterly bonus based on company profit - he'll get his first bonus starting after the end of next quarter.

DH used to get monthly bonuses based on sales numbers but his position recently changed so he doesn't anymore. When I was working I received a yearly bonus based on how the company did for the year.

Yes, we both get annual raises and bonuses. They are strictly performance based - but our compensation is kidn of flip flopped - my company has always been way more likely to give me a large percentage raise and a tiny bonus and his is always super stingy on the base pay raise but is fine wtih giving a large bonus. And now that he got promoted, it's estimated that this year will be around 25% of his salary which we are really looking forward to esp with lo on the way!!

When I first started at my job we recieved a small holiday bonus, but that lasted about a year before the owner stopped giving them out. We also traditionally receive a raise with your annual review (assuming it is good!) but those were frozen for the last two years. I only received one two years ago because I was promoted so my raise came with my position change.
DH works for a large state university. No bonuses ever for him and he is getting his first raise this summer. It's the first one for state workers in 7 years. Though I will say that while his salary is not great, the benefits and insurance are awesome!

I get a December bonus (fixed amount * years worked - everybody gets the same), and a March bonus (managers are given X amount of dollars to dole out to their staff). I get a yearly 3% raise as well.
DH gets pretty much the same as I do

Yes, but the company hasn't made a profit recently, so it's been a couple years since we've had one. We're supposed to get one this year, but I may lose out on it because I'll be on mat leave when they are handed out.

DH does, I don't since I work in education. His bonus depends on how the company is doing as a whole AND how his personal performance is. His bonus can be more than my entire yearly salary (but he also might not get it at all, if the company's values go down as a whole).
We try to plan as if he won't get it at all. But it's hard not knowing! We find out in January every year and it's pretty awkward around his office because everyone's bonus is different and it's all hush hush.

Yep, DH gets 2 per year, one after spring fieldwork is completed and one after harvest is finished. He's on salary, which is nice during the winter, but the bonuses help make up for the 90 hours a week he puts in during the busy parts of the year.
