Yes, we both do. Funny I saw this topic today. I just had a meeting with my manager today about my yearly increase. Bonus amounts are disclosed in September and paid out shortly thereafter.

My husband does, and it amazes me. He worked for a public university before his current job, so he certainly didn't get a bonus there. It's amazing to have bonus, unplanned money each year. I feel really lucky.
