@T.H.O.U.: You're supposed to peal asparagus???

@MrsBrewer: I was thinking this too! How do you peel asparagus? It doesn't have skin...or a rind...I'm so confused!

We have an avocado saver, like this one:

My FMIL gave it to me in my stocking at Christmas, probably as a joke, but it is always in use. We eats tons of avocado and this keeps it from going brown if we need to save half in the fridge!

We have a pair of tea bag tongs. They were a gift.
