Country! I grew up with it, have lived in the "city" now (not really the same in Nebraska as it is in NY or somewhere larger) but am ready to be back in the fresh air and wide open space!

I LOVE living in the city (NYC specifically!) i would love to stay there forever, but i do think that eventually when we have a family and education costs to consider, we'll move to the burbs, and i'll be devastated at first, but I'll enjoy the extra space!

city! grew up in the city, live in the city now, and plan to raise kids in city as well. i would prefer a more neighborhoody neighborhood in a city though... now we live in a more commercial district and i'd rather be somewhere with a more residential/neighborhood feel.

Country. Great cost of living and so much more privacy, less crime, etc.

Have always lived in the suburbs so I'm definitely a suburbs kind of girl. I have lived in the city for a month and it was really noisy. Plus, I didn't have my car and there was hardly any space for the dog. Considering I need to be about 5 minutes from a store, I probably wouldn't do so good out in the country.

I liked city living while I was young and single. However, I prefer the suburbs now that I'm married and have a LO. I've never lived in the country.

Burbs within 30 mins of a city. I love my sleepy little town, but I love that there are awesome restaurants, concerts, sporting events without the traffic and crime.

I grew up in a rural area and dream of moving somewhere similar, but it's so hard to find jobs out in here country so for now, we live in the city (but I'm so over it!)
