I also say "I am pregnant" or "We are having a baby". DH says "My wife/Jen is pregnant"

My mom hates when people say we're pregnant, and I agree. If I'm pregnant, why give my husband credit for it? I'm pregnant, we're having a baby /expecting.

I always say "we're expecting"

(We haven't announced yet except to close friends/family - so that was our initial news "WE'RE PREGNANT!" instead of we're expecting just so we got our point across ;))

We say “I’m pregnant/my wife is pregnant” or “we’re expecting a baby”. I am the only one who is pregnant – “we” are not pregnant…(though I wouldn’t mind sharing some of the pregnancy side effects with my husband!!)

I say that I am pregnant or we are expecting a baby. Dh says we are expecting too, I told him when he starts feeling like I do and he is able to carry the baby at least part time he can tell people that we are pregnant lol.

I say "I am pregnant" or "We're having a baby". Because technically it's correct. My husband isn't pregnant obviously. If he was, I'd be saying a lot more than "we're pregnant".

I always said "I'm pregnant", unless DH has the ability to carry a child 9 mths, he doesn't get to say that "we're pregnant"!

My husband actually had a hard time with this, he never knew what to say which ended up in several social blunders, though very funny ones.
After I got out of my first trimester, he had to tell his boss that I was having a baby, but he said, "I'm pregnant!" and a little too enthusiastically, she laughed but said, "do you want to rephrase that?" hahaha.
Even after that, he couldn't get it right, it was funny to me.
