I still have a lot of stuff (college stuff, pictures, books) at my parent's house! DH does too...MIL wants it out by this weekend.

Yes. I have like 3 Rubbermaid totes of stuff. My mom is always bugging me to go through it. But....they have the storage space, and we don't lol

This is a huge joke with ALL my friends... we all always commiserate about how we can't go "home" without them trying to get us to take a box of stuff. I totally get it but it's such a pain, especially since I live in a small apartment in another country, it's sort of hard to just take a box of crap every time I go back!

I felt too guilty keeping all my crap at my parents' house. I got everything out last year. Granted, it took a couple of visits and my mom to help, but it's all finally out. Unfortunately, it's all cluttering my house.

I have a lot of stuff in my parent's attic, we're just waiting for the weather to warm up a bit to unload it.

Slowly getting it all out!
My mom said she was going to wrap it all up and give it to us for Christmas gifts

I have a bunch of wedding gifts at their place; I said they can re-gift anything at anytime! DH recently had to vacate the rest of his stuff since his parents are moving. He actually has a TON of stuff since he has a ground floor apartment there.

I have all of my childhood stuff at my mom's house. My room is practically still intact even though she's moved houses recently. DH's mom, on the other hand, delivered to me ALL of his life's things before we were even married. I think that's weird. My mom likes having my stuff....

Not really, and the stuff that's left there I don't want. My mom tried to 'gift' me a bunch of my old baby clothes, knick knacks, and toys at my baby shower (like, she wrapped them up and gave them to me as my present) so at this point I think whatever she has is crap and I don't want it lol!

Yup. My room is pretty much the same, except my parents took over the closet. Still have trinkets, books and stuffed animals and such.

Nope. My mom had go through it and take what I wanted when I bought a house. I didn't mind. She kept my artwork, gave some of my old toys and stuffed animals to my young cousin, and threw away the rest.

I cleaned most of it out last time my mom moved. I do have a set of crystal wine glasses from our wedding there that I realize now we'll probably never use.
I've also been storing outgrown baby stuff at her house - not a huge amount. I'll probably take it back if we move to a bigger place (or donate it if #2 is the opposite sex)

yep, old books, baby clothes, not a ton- but still some stuff.

Yep, but not a ton. We slowly are cleaning it out, but I think my parents still want me to consider their house "home". They have a ton of room since they are empty-nesters now don't mind.
DH's parents made a big move a few years ago, so they have nothing left of his. He took everything he wanted and they got rid of the rest.
