It's 50/50 in Kansas City. Our previous owners took the fridge, washer, and dryer. But that's okay - I got brand new ones! Now to save up to replace the stove and dishwasher....

We had to buy a fridge for the kitchen beause htey took it (but they left the garage one.) we will leave it because it's white and I want stainless steel next time!

We live in Ontario. And usually what happens is that appliances aren't included, but as usually used as negotiations at the end. It sadly depends on what the seller wants. I've purchased homes were they have left the appliances and I really wanted them to take them because they were garbage, but they didn't want to leave them

Wow! DH and I are shocked! haha We have always taken the fridge (and the washer/dryer) with us when either of us has moved.
