I fell in love with Mrs Meyers Baby Blossom and wash all of her items in it.
We use Tide for our stuff and Bumgenius liquid for our CD. That a lot of detergent to keep track of.
What do y'all use in your home?

no, we used something separate when we were washing CDs, but had always used a more natural detergent anyway.

We used to use Dreft for her stuff but now we all use whatever is cheapest at the grocery store that week

Nah, we all use Arm & Hammer Sensitive. Took a while to find one that didn't make me itch.

I used to use green rock for baby stuff and CDs but now we just 7th generation for everything

Nope. Tide free and clear for everyone. I mix our stuff to wash all the lights or darks together anyway. We don't cloth diaper though.

All free and clear for everyone but for DH's clothes I add in snuggle fabric softener (he likes his laundry to smell fresh)
pomelo / 5524 posts
I still wash his stuff separately since it's enough for one load, but we use Tide Free for everyone now.

We use a free & clear formula for everything - right now it's Biokleen. No fabric softener bc it makes me itchy!

We use All Free & Clear for everyone. When I thought we were going to CD I bought Ecos F&C.

No, All or Kirkland brand free and clear for everyone. We use Ecos for cloth diapers.

Nope, all the same and usually we get whats on sale. I'm partial to the arm and hammer travel scents or whatever it is lately.

Not anymore. We used All Free & Clear for the first year, Tide Free & Clear for the next, now his clothes are washed in regular Tide just like ours.
persimmon / 1179 posts
We use regular whatever is on sale for hubs and I, and fee and clear for kids stuff. We are thinking about just switching to free and clear for all of us though.

Nellie's for all clothes, towels and bedding. Original Tide for cloth diapers.

@MsMini: what kind of cloth diapers do you have? I've washed them with Tide before but not recently. Do you have to strip them?
grapefruit / 4056 posts
@youboots: Since I switched to Tide I have not had to strip, my diapers are cleaner than they were on both Nellies, and Rockin' green.
ETA: I have a mix of pockets (Fizzibunz, Apple cheeks, and AMP) and a few fitted and hybrid fitted diapers. All my inserts are bamboo.
honeydew / 7622 posts
@MsMini: rockin green did not not work with my washer. Free & clear made them smell barnyardy so I stopped. I have not stripped yet. We have been using BG 4.0s for 2 months.
grapefruit / 4056 posts
@youboots: I was stripping constantly before I switched to tide. I switched when my son was 18 months old and they were great until potty training. I stripped them prior to storage (which is recommended) and have been using them for 7 months with DD without any issues.

I wash everything with the Honest Company laundry detergent. It is free of perfumes and dyes, which is important to me.
