Did anyone take it? Orally or vaginally?
Do you feel it had any positive impact or results? Apparently there are mixed reviews about it.
I have a bottle of 500mg capsules but have yet to crack them open.

I took 500mg orally from 36 weeks to 39 weeks, then upped it to 1000mg orally at 39 weeks. Ultimately, I went a week late, but I was 50% effaced at 39 weeks. It may have helped! It certainly didn't hurt!

I have been taking it since 39 weeks I think, and I am currently 3 days late. When they checked on my due date, I was 1.5 cm dilated and 30% effaced. Two weeks prior, I was 1 cm dilated and 30% effaced. Wughs.

Yes. Both. As directed by my ND.
I went to 42 weeks and was induced. They said my cervix was quite soft at the bottom end (although not really dilated or effaced....1cm and 30% at 42 weeks), but very hard at the top end....I attribute the softness to the EPO.

I started taking 500 Mg orally at 35 weeks, and both orally and inserted vaginally at 38 weeks. Both my OB and doula recommended it, along with red raspberry leaf tea. For what it's worth, my water broke at 39 wk 1 day, I started having contractions that night, and baby was born (8 lb 5 oz) at 39 wk 2 days, very minimal tearing and just a few stitches.

I never took iy, but this site was helpful when I was deciding whether or not to do so.
