I can't remember but I think it was in the last few weeks and no it made no different since baby was born at 43 weeks. :(::: but nothing worked for me. Seems lateness runs in my family.

This last time, I took two capsules orally starting at 36 weeks. Then at 38 weeks I started taking 4 capsules daily, and 2 vaginally. Water broke at 39+6 and labour went extremely well (and fairly quick, compared to my first).

I think I did it at 38 weeks. Midwife said to take 1-2 orally in morning and 1-2 vaginally in evening. I only did the evening ones for a week and then I stopped because I did not enjoy the feeling of oil leaking out...I continued taking it orally until I went in to be induced at 42 weeks. I got a few cervical checks and was told my cervix was very soft so it may have made a difference in that regard-which is what it is supposed to help with! It made my induction easier and I didn't have to get cervidil.

I think I started orally around 34/35 weeks, then added vaginally maybe @ 37 weeks. My labor and delivery and recovery went excellent, but of course I don't know if the two things are related. My water broke at 39 weeks 1 day.
