I have had a seriously weird tongue thing for the past month! i didn't mention it to him at my last appointment because i thought for sure it would go away and it hasn't...so i'm going to mention it this week! I think he'll think i'm crazy, but i know it exists. my tongue has felt burned on some days and just weirdly bitten on others! it's soooo annoying more than anything else.

My doctor didn't think I was crazy, she knew I was crazy! Luckily she put up with me... She also confided that she put my profession on my problem list :0

Oh my doctor thought I was nuts for sure! He always ended the visit by saying "keep smiling Pepper, I'm going to get you through this!" Haha

when your doctor recommends therapy, that's when you know he thinks you're crazy. (that's what happened to me...)

I still mention stuff even though my guess is that they'll just shrug their shoulders and say pregnancy makes weird things happen. I know there's no answer but I still want to run it by them just to see since they're the experts and maybe by mentioning it to them the next person who has my weird symptom the Dr. can say, not sure but I've heard of other pregnant women saying the same thing - it might not be a medically important condition but it's nice to know you're not the only one with a weird body.

I know my doctor thought I was crazy. I was always asking her if I could eat this or that or about the safety of certain products and she point blank told me I should just stop thinking about that stuff. I didn't, but I just stopped asking her and did my own research

@Mrs. Jacks: I think mine extended me some professional courtesy...like letting me labor forever and a day when we both knew it was going nowhere. Bless that guy, heh!
