I am only a little over 5 weeks but I have never been so tired. I know that it is going to be like this the whole 1st trimester. I am eating healthy, trying to get protein in as much as I can too. Just feel like I am going to fall asleep at my desk all day long. Then it is so hard to not just go home and take a nap but go straight to the gym.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get through the work day?
