Since I started noticing them a couple of weeks ago, she gets them mostly every morning or every night. She's pretty active in general but strongest movements morning and night. (29 weeks this week)

Haha at least 2-3x a day

Several times a day and a lot at night when I am trying to fall asleep! Last night I thumped my husband every hiccup so he could see what it was like to try to sleep with a baby hiccuping in you! Lol!

She would get them every day in my 3rd trimester. They were so cute!!!

I don't remember, but with both boys, I had it a lot! Thankfully, not when I'm sleeping though.

She used to hiccup 4-5x per day in utero. She is one month old now and still hiccups at least 1-2x per day, every day.

@oliviaoblivia: I didn't feel them until these last few weeks (38w 3d today) and still not every day. I also have an anterior placenta and haven't felt much of any movements most of this pregnancy.

Once the third try hit, she got them every day, usually several times a day and ironically, when I ate! She is 4 weeks now and gets them almost every time after she eats.

@rawrasaur - I have a an anterior placenta too. You really appreciate any movements that you can get when you have this type of placenta. It has made my pregnancy, especially in the 2nd trimester, a little more worrisome.

I started feeling my babe hiccup very suddenly at around 34 weeks, and as soon as I felt them and recognized them I find that she gets them very often. Not necessarily every day, but at least every other day and sometimes 2-3x a day! The worst is at night because it's super distracting for sleeping purposes - but most of the time it makes me happy since I think it means she must be pretty healthy and practicing breathing. She even had the hiccups while I was watching the new James Bond movie in the theatre, lol. Her head is down, so most times I feel them very low but other times I think they make her whole body shake so I feel them all over (but if I concentrate I can feel it lower too).

I find it interesting because they will sometimes start when she has been sleeping and not very active - not sure if she sleeps through them or if they wake her up each time.
