I was working out 6 days a week when I got pregnant... then my first trimester exhaustion kicked in and I haven't been working out. This morning I tried to go for a jog and felt fine during it, but now I feel like craaaaaap. I'm exhausted and dizzy and just feel like crap. I'm drinking plenty of water and I'm supposed to be napping right now but I'm having trouble falling asleep.

How did you keep active without passing out during the first trimester?! It doesn't help that I spend all day chasing a 15 month old.

PS I'm 9 weeks today.
