I have to fly during week 6 & 7, then again during week 11 & 12.
As (at week 4) I'm already nauseated by odors, have thrown up once, and generally am prone to bad motion sickness when not preg, I"m a bit concerned.
Any words of advice? If you flew during this time was it worse or better than you thought? I'm thinking I'll bring oyster crackers with me, and I have bought some B6 & unisom but haven't taken them as of yet so no clue if it works for me. Dr. doesn't see me till week 12 so, I'm just hoping I don't disgust my seatmate too badly....
hope your experience is better!
Lots of water was key. I also wore the compression socks. But I was lucky to avoid m/s and nausea, so I'm probably not the best to ask.
