I am trying so hard to eat healthy..........but still have awful food aversions and no appetite most of the day just curious who is/was with me and what did you eat daily!?

Yesterday:
Breakfast:
Cheerios protein cereal
Snack: Greek yogurt with blue berries

Lunch: Fruit smoothie and bean&bacon soup about a coffee cup worth

Dinner: Spaghetti with ground turkey

Carnation breakfast shake ....lol calms my stomach
