I like that fruit on a stick thing, where it looks like a rainbow. So like, strawberry, cantaloupe, pineapple! green grapes, blueberries,... Something purple.... Looks easy enough?

What about a fruit fondue? Just need a vessel with melted chocolate and a variety of fruit.

FYI fruit kebabs are pretty time consuming. We did them for a rainbow shower. We were afraid to do then the day before so the day of it took two people almost an hour to make a platter. Some fruits are harder to spear than others. I think just arranging the fruit nicely on a platter or in a cute fruit salad bowl (like a carved out watermelon) would be much easier.

@Mrs. Sketchbook: I don't think you need to do anything special - a large glass plate covered in fruit is beautiful~
