My mom bought me a few outfits from kickee pants since we were team green for our first. They are super super soft since they are bamboo and sooo cute. Definitely a splurge but I can't wait to use them for #2 in a few weeks.

Our fave were gray and white newborn basics from the Nordstrom baby line. Super soft cotton, little white onesies with gray stars or stripes, little gray footie pants and matching snap kimono cardigan. I was so sad when my baby outgrew them because they were soooo soft.

@Mrs. Pajamas: My DD had several Kickee Pants outfits we were gifted when she was a newborn and they were the best! Definitely going to look, thanks for the reminder. The quality was so amazing.
DD also had this super soft sleeper with magnetic buttons and I wish I could remember who made it without having to go into the garage storage and look.
I mainly just want a few fun, cute GN outfits for the hospital and first few days. Then I"ll get out either DD or DS's old newborn clothing. I found June and January has some really cute GN newborn outfits too.

Baby Gap has a "Guess Who" section in their newborn stuff - a lot of grey and white but they have some pretty cute rainbow things right now too.
