Any tips?? There's a wrap conversion Tula stocking tomorrow and DH suggested I pick one out for my Mother's Day gift. However, I know it's not as simple as just picking one out! From what I understand the stockings can be crazy and everything goes really quickly. Has anyone done this? Do you have a strategy or was it just your lucky day?

Yes, once. And it was crazy. I try every stocking and they are gone in like 1 second.
Your best bet is making sure you're logged in and have your info saved (address). Blind click, you can always trade later. If you pay with credit card have your info typed somewhere and copy and paste it.

Make sure you have an Account on the TULA website. (http://www.tulababycarriers.com/)
Familiarize yourself with the website.
Have no other windows/programs open that use your internet.
About 30 mintues prior to the "Stock Time," I log onto my account and do a run through as if I am making a purchase. (Do NOT complete the purchase, and make sure you remove the item from your cart before the stocking; otherwise, it may slow you down during the stocking, or you may end up accidentally purchasing it during the stocking.)
Make yourself familiar as to where the buttons are to do the purchase.
*I have changed my PP password to something short and easy to enter when it comes time to check out*
You need to know exactly what you are after, unless you are blind clicking on the first Tula you see. As soon as you see the Tula pop up on the page, GO FOR IT! You do not have the time to hesitate.
About 5 minutes before the stocking, I start refreshing every minute or so. (F5, incase you didn't know) and a minute before, I start refreshing over and over. As soon as the pictures pop up, grab and go!
Have your paypal password (or credit card number, if you are using your credit card) copied, and ready to paste when checking out. Good Luck!I've never scored but I only just started trying. I am really hoping to score tomorrow as I'm in love with several of the wc.

@twodoghouse: If you miss out at stockings keep your eyes out for the Pax ISO Angel. I entered on a whim and got my WC on the first time entering!! It is a MLU and I wasn't sure about the wrap when I ordered, but I LOVE it!

@bluestriped bee: You sound like my husband! He's like what are these words you keep saying?! Just order what you want! It's just the event where they release a new batch of Tulas (in this case, Tulas that use woven wraps). Because they sell out so quickly, each time they restock is a big deal!

Definitely log in ahead of time and have the window opened to the page of the size you want. Then refresh, refresh, refresh, CLICK! You don't even have time to think about it hahaha.
Toddlers are easier to get than standards but your babes would probably fit in standards??
Oh also, click on 'checkout' NOT 'checkout with paypal'. There is a paypal option after the checkout option but apparently the initial PayPal option doesn't hold the tula in your cart.

@QBbride: Thanks for the tips! I doubt it'll work the first time, but I'm weirdly excited to just try. DH is getting into it too, haha. I think I'm going to try for a toddler. DS is already 21.5 pounds and I feel like he's not fitting great into the ergo sometimes. By the time we're done with ergo he'll hopefully be around 25 lbs. and ready for the toddler. DD is only 18 lbs at 12 months, but I usually wrap her anyway.

@twodoghouse: the general rule of thumb for toddlers is actually by pant size, not weight. They are ready for toddlers if they are wearing size 2T. So if you are close to that, I would go for toddler. But if you're a ways off I would go with a standard because they probably won't be knee to knee in a toddler.

I scored my first time trying, but it was the Canadian only stocking. I ended up cancelling the order as once I did the conversion and added the duty and shipping it was just too much. I wasn't sure if I would be able to sell it for what I paid as it wasn't a popular print ( Voyager kodiak.) I scored by continuing to refresh the 'inventory issue' page until someone dropped it and I snatched it in my cart. I 'almost' scored at the high end stocking last week by doing the same. I had a meeyoo in my cart and I kept refreshing the inventory issue page and then finally it changed to fill out the info. It caught me so by surprise that it flashed away a few seconds later before I had time to realize what had happened. Good luck, it's a gong show haha.

@Littlebit: Hmmm, that makes me doubt the toddler, then. Blake's longer than he is wide, so he's in 12 month or 12-18 right now. Hard to tell how long it'll be until 2T pants. Maybe I'll try to do standard and sell it once he outgrows it. ***all hypothetical since I probably won't score. But I might just get a regular (non-wc) Tula despite what happens tomorrow!

@QBbride: I'm not sure what classifies as 'almost' haha. The purchase screen popped up which is never does so it was closer than usual.. however, I'm sure a million other people got the screen at the same time. I legit would have died if I had gotten it!

@MrsTal: I saw some talk on Tula Love of there being another glitch in today's stocking which is why there are still two available? I'm not sure what the previous glitch was about since this is the first time I've tried!
@anbanan15: I follow the swaps on Facebook, but haven't gotten serious about this until now so I've never considered anything I've seen there. Honestly sometimes the prices there are so high that it boggles my mind and it's hard to tell whether it's worth that amount. I don't necessarily need something hard to find/high value - just something pretty! Plus I love wrapping so the WCs are right up my alley!

@twodoghouse: I got to the payment screen at 6:50 for one of the two on the page so I think they were just being stolen from other peoples carts. It's so frustrating that it isn't safe until the payment process is completed, makes it nearly impossible. I wish they would give you a 30 second timer so you at least have a chance

@MamaBehr: Like them on facebook and they post when the stockings are. Like PP said above, it's every other Sunday. Sometimes though they'll have an extra stocking. They had a high end one this Tuesday or Wednesday can't remember. You can also join the Tula Love page and they'll post about them there as well.

and ps. I just read through some tula love comments and someone scored one at 56 minutes after. So it wasn't a glitch, so keep refreshing the inventory issue page until they disappear off the mail page.

Ahh I'm so sad, I got to the address page after refreshing a million times!!! Then I hesitated for a second and it was GONE! You used to have at least a few mins to complete the checkout process.

My WC is the only Tula I ever owned but it is AMAZING! I had many other carriers, including an Ergo, which seems so similar, and this thing is beyond words, plus it is the only carrier my second likes!

@QBbride: isn't that the.worst! That's what happened to me with the meeyoo. I guess that's a problem with spotify and they're trying to get it fixed so once you get to that screen, you have the few minutes to complete like you used too.

Can someone explain this one to me. I dont cart baby carriers but I follow lots of brands of kids clothing that also requires carting that sells out in seconds. I honestly dont want to cart a carrier so much as I like practicing carting as a whole to help me with my clothing buying so thought it would be good practice
