Do any of you have any wellness/fitness goals you would like to achieve before the end of the year? If so, what are they? (And we are talking anything from losing weight to flossing regularly!)

I would like to:

1. Not fall asleep in my makeup!

2. Lose 15 pounds (at least 6 by December 14!)

3. No matter what, celebrate every success, even the *small* ones (they add up, after all) . . . every night of going to bed with a clean face, and every time I make a better food choice
